Nest Kids Yoga

Our first kids yoga class for the year is this coming Saturday – March 7. Bring your kids along and introduce them to Yoga in a fun, safe environment. Raewyn is a highly experienced childrens yoga instructor. The kids love it and it is so good for them. With all the technology available for our kids these days it’s important to help them find some balance and stillness amongst the chaos of life. At Nest, our core values are promoting and encouraging health and wellness, living in the now and looking after families. Kids Yoga is one of our initiatives that we are very proud of and we would love for you to come and try it out. If you would like a free trial please drop Onny an email (onny@nestinsurance.co.nz) and he can put your child on the list for this Saturday, or just turn up, the cost is only $4 per child.
